Insanity Week 3 Day1: June 3-9, 2013
Day 2:
Plyometric Cardio Circuit-
wow! it was good, it feels good. It is hard, hard work. The first set is a lot of leg workout and the second set is arms and core. I am dripping sweat everywhere!
