WOW!

Wow! I haven't check-in since March 21, 2011. So many things have happened since then. I worked out continuosly for almost 3 months and got in shape. I didn't lose any weight but I was toned and feeling GREAT in my skin and clothes, then I got LAZY and everything went away :(
Good thing is that I KNOW what works for me if I want to be on shape.  Am I commit to myself and do it? Thats the question. Am I?......Am I?
