Fast Metabolism Diet, Week 4: Day 22-28

Mar 3-10, 2014 What a week! I started the week doing really good, I was on track and OF COURSE I have people dropping by with lots and lots of goodies and we went on VACATION!!! Check out week 1, 2 & 3.
