Ok, so I lost the awful 3 pounds I gained last week plus 0.3 ounces, hahhahahaha!!! Yes, I am counting them in!!! Meaning that I am back to 161.2 pounds.
I have decided to put in my workout at 5am instead of doing it later on the day, why? because I want to get it out of the way and be ready for the rest of the day. So far, so good. Loving my week, and yes I know it is only Monday.#FromFat2Fab
